WE ARE
CASTING
ACTORS.
Bano Studios is building a standing pool of actors for film, series and commercial work in Abuja. This is not a call for one production — it is an open file we cast from. Submit yourself once and we will come back to you when something fits.
ONE MONOLOGUE.
THAT IS THE WHOLE ASK.
A video monologue
One to two minutes, shot on a phone is fine. Any language — English, Pidgin, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba. This is the part we actually watch.
Headshots
One or two clear photos. No filters, no heavy editing. A plain background and good light beat a studio shot that does not look like you.
Your details
Name, age, where you are based, height, languages you act in. Straightforward facts — casting needs them and guesses are useless.
Experience, honestly
Stage, screen, student films, nothing at all. We cast first-timers. What we cannot use is a CV that overstates what you have done.
How to get us your video: upload it to YouTube (unlisted is fine), Google Drive, Dropbox or Vimeo, set the link so anyone with it can view, and paste that link below. We are asking you to host it because it keeps this service free — please check the link opens in a private browser window before you submit.
