What identification do I need?
You'll need a valid government-issued ID (National ID, Driver's License, or International Passport) for verification purposes.
What if equipment is damaged?
Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. We'll assess the damage and discuss repair or replacement costs.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes! Contact us before your rental ends to check availability. Extensions are subject to existing bookings.
